Solution Because of the sensitive nature of domain ownership, we do not have the authority to update
Domain's Name Servers(DNS) on behalf of customers. Only the domain owner has the authority
to make such changes. We will provide our customers assistance with how to update their
Domain's Name Servers where we can, but we cannot initiate the modification.
